More About Me

REALTOR

Her dynamic career in Banking, Marketing & Advertising may have spanned 30 years, but it appears Mary Lou’s “encore” real estate career may be her most successful endeavor yet. With immediate success connecting first-time home buyers to their perfect house, guiding empty-nesters through downsizing and relocation, and helping vacation-home buyers strike gold in her South County community, Mary Lou’s natural abilities are a direct result of her accomplished background.

With personal investing experience of her own, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the buying and selling process to the transaction, advocating for her clients at the highest level. Mary Lou’s high-level of professionalism and fine-tuned relationship skills are paramount when guiding clients through complex decision-making and effective negotiations.

As a lifelong RI resident, Mary Lou and her husband have lived throughout RI and currently call the coastal community of Charlestown home. With a strong desire to give back and help others, Mary Lou’s most ambitious endeavor to date was her role as the US Tour Manager for the Destiny Africa Children’s Choir from Uganda – her efforts resulted in three highly successful US fund-raising tours.

With a track record for client excellence and a history to prove it, rest easy knowing it’s a “Shore Thing with Mary Lou”.

Google 5 Star Review: "We’re the luckiest homebuyers in Rhode Island – maybe in the world. Through a most fortunate connection, we enlisted the services of Mary Lou Lamontagne as our buyer’s representative as we moved to The Ocean State. Mary Lou was perfectly in balance: altogether available, supportive, and most informative; yet she always allowed us to take the lead and follow our (informed) inclinations. Mary Lou has been both consummately professional and wonderfully engaging. We’ve completed our seamless transaction, sure that we’ve experienced the finest of real estate services, and equally certain that we have a friend for life in Mary Lou Lamontagne! May you have the enormous good fortune to work with her." - Brian and Patricia Connolly
